            Important Notice: Harish Mobile does not accept returns for cash refunds. We only offer product exchanges for items of equal or greater value from our website inventory.

        At Harish Mobile, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer cash refunds, we provide a hassle-free exchange policy that allows you to swap your purchased item for another product available on our website.
        2. Eligibility for Exchange
        To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
        Product Condition Requirements
        
            - Same Condition: The product must be returned in the exact same condition as it was delivered to you
 
            - No Physical Damage: The item should have no scratches, dents, cracks, or any form of physical damage
 
            - Original Packaging: All original packaging, boxes, and protective materials must be intact
 
            - Complete Accessories: All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and free gifts (if any) must be included
 
            - Unused State: For accessories and new items, the product must be unused with all seals intact
 
            - Original Tags & Labels: All original tags, labels, and stickers must remain attached
 
        
        
            Important: No damaged, defective, or used products will be accepted for exchange or refund. All returned items are thoroughly inspected before approval.
         
        3. Items NOT Eligible for Exchange
        The following items cannot be exchanged under any circumstances:
        
            - Products with visible signs of use or wear
 
            - Damaged items (whether by customer or during transit after delivery confirmation)
 
            - Items with missing accessories, manuals, or packaging materials
 
            - Products with tampered seals or security labels
 
            - Items beyond the exchange timeframe (refer to section 4)
 
            - Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
 
        
        4. Exchange Timeframe
        You can request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Exchange requests made after this period will not be accepted.
        5. How to Request an Exchange
        Initiating an exchange is simple. Follow these steps:
        
            
                - Visit My Orders Page: Log in to your account and navigate to the "My Orders" section from your profile
 
                - Select the Item: Find the order containing the item you wish to exchange
 
                - Click "Request Exchange": Click on the exchange button next to the product
 
                - Choose Replacement Product: Browse our website and select the item you'd like to receive in exchange
 
                - Submit Request: Complete the exchange request form with the reason for exchange
 
                - Await Approval: Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
 
                - Pack the Item: Once approved, carefully pack the item with all accessories and packaging
 
                - Schedule Pickup: We will arrange a pickup from your address or provide return shipping instructions
 
            
         
        6. Exchange Process Timeline
        
            - Request Submission: Instant (through My Orders page)
 
            - Review & Approval: 1-2 business days
 
            - Pickup Arrangement: 2-3 business days after approval
 
            - Quality Inspection: 2-3 business days after receiving the returned item
 
            - Replacement Dispatch: 1-2 business days after inspection approval
 
            - Delivery of New Item: 3-7 business days depending on your location
 
        
        Total estimated timeframe: 10-18 business days from request to receiving the replacement product.
        7. Price Difference Policy
        When exchanging products of different prices:
        
            - Higher Value Item: If the replacement product costs more, you will need to pay the price difference before dispatch
 
            - Lower Value Item: If the replacement product costs less, the difference will be issued as store credit for future purchases
 
            - No Cash Refunds: Under no circumstances will price differences be refunded in cash
 
        
        8. Inspection & Rejection
        All returned items undergo a thorough quality inspection upon arrival at our facility. If your returned item does not meet our exchange eligibility criteria:
        
            - Your exchange request will be rejected
 
            - The original item will be returned to you at your shipping address
 
            - You will be notified via email about the rejection reason
 
            - Return shipping charges may apply in case of rejection
 
        
        9. Damaged or Defective Items on Delivery
        If you receive a damaged or defective product:
        
            - Report Immediately: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the damage
 
            - Don't Use the Product: Keep the item unused in its original packaging
 
            - Fast-Track Exchange: We will arrange a priority exchange or provide a replacement without requiring you to initiate a return request
 
            - Free Return Pickup: We will cover all return shipping costs for damaged/defective items
 
        
        10. Shipping Costs
        
            - Standard Exchanges: Return shipping is free for the first exchange request
 
            - Customer Error: If the return is due to wrong size/model selection by customer, return pickup charges may apply
 
            - Damaged/Defective Items: All shipping costs are borne by Harish Mobile
 
        
        11. Non-Refundable Policy
        
            No Cash Refunds: Harish Mobile operates on an exchange-only policy. We do not process cash refunds, bank transfers, or payment reversals under any circumstances. All transactions are final, and only product exchanges are available.
